lgca.lgca_1d

Classes for one-dimensional LGCA. They specify geometry-dependent LGCA behavior and inherit properties and structure from the respective abstract base classes. Objects of these classes can be used to simulate.

Supported LGCA types:

• classical LGCA (LGCA_1D)

• identity-based LGCA (IBLGCA_1D)

• classical LGCA without volume exclusion (NoVE_LGCA_1D)

• identity-based LGCA without volume exclusion (NoVE_IBLGCA_1D)

Classes

IBLGCA_1D([nodes, dims, restchannels, ...])	Identity-based LGCA with volume exclusion on a 1D lattice.
LGCA_1D([nodes, dims, restchannels, ...])	Classical LGCA with volume exclusion on a 1D lattice.
NoVE_IBLGCA_1D([nodes, dims, density, ...])
